Return Time
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.

Cancel Order
You can cancel an order before it ships. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the package, please contact us after receiving the package and we will guide you through the return process. Order cancellation does not require any liquidated damages.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please reach out to us immediately, accompanied by relevant photos. We will assess the situation and collaborate with you on resolution options, which may encompass, but are not limited to, partial refunds, exchanges, or re-shipments.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cases where Returns Are Not Accepted
(1) Affecting Subsequent Resale

For returned items, they must be free from any damage or conditions that could affect our ability to resell them. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

(2) Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are ineligible for returns, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you can contact us at service@kingpavonini.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label containing instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior authorization for return will not be accepted. (Please do not ship to the original address.) After sending the package, kindly furnish us with the tracking number and carrier details for seamless tracking and timely receipt.

Exchange Policy
Due to varying product prices, we typically do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to switch to a different item, kindly initiate a return for the unwanted product and proceed to place a new order for the desired item.


Return Shipping and Other Fees
We do not impose any return handling fees. [1] In cases of product quality issues rendering the item unusable, wrong product shipments, or discrepancies from the product details page, both return shipping and reshipment costs are covered by us. [2] If the customer selects an incorrect size or for reasons attributed to their own choices, including but not limited to no longer needing or disliking the product, the customer is responsible for the  return shipping fees.


Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If the returned product is deemed unsuitable for resale due to damage, a refund may not be approved, and we can return the product to you upon payment of shipping fees. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, and the refund processing time will not exceed 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
